Do you already know about the Rügenwalder Mühle Vegan Burger Beef Type? The vegetable alternative tastes like a classic beef burger and can be prepared easily, too. Just only roast both sides gently, on pan or grill, and you can create your own vegan burger.
Instead of meat, soya - 90% is coming from Europe - is used for the Rügenwalder Mühle veggie burger. And instead of bacon, a high-quality rapeseed oil with a lot of good omega-3-fatty acids is taken.
ÖKO-TEST (Magazine 11/2019) has tested 18 vegan burgers. This Vegan Mill Burger is „the best meatless burger“.
Ingredients:
Water, 16% soy proteine concentrate, rapeseed oil, onions, wheat gluten, salt, distilled vinegar, thickener: methyl cellulose, flavouring, wheat starch, colouring foodstuffs: conzentrate made from beetroor, carrot, radish.
