Just fill the cup and apply pressure on herbs and spices with the suitable grinding taper. The grater, made of massive cast iron and with a considerable weight of 1kg perfectly fits your hand. The inner bottom of the cup and the grinding taper are corrugated, thus you can grate pepper and salt grains, coriander seeds as well as oil-bearing food fast and uniform. And if there should be some remaining fresh grist? Then you can storage it in the grinding taper and close it with the beech wooden lid. There your spicery is protected against light and remain aromatic.
