From the late-ripening apple variety Bittenfelder, after careful harvest, selection and gentle pressing, a sour, refreshing apple wine is made as a base in slow cold fermentation. Then pulled out for several days with hand-picked elder flowers.

• Smell: intense nose of elderflower and ripe apple with subtle exotic hints
• Taste: the refreshing acidity at the beginning fills the mouth in the middle with the taste of fully ripe apples and fresh, fragrant elderflower, exciting sweetness / acidity with a long finish
• Recommendation: with fresh fruits, baked elderflowers, white currants. As a companion on mild evenings
