A fresh apple wine is made from hand-picked, single-variety apple varieties in slow and gentle cold fermentation. In the following early summer this is married with fresh black currants.

The Swabian Kir - a fresh apple wine with herbaceous hints.

• Smell: intense currant nose with subtle herbaceous hints and fresh, tangy apple notes
• Taste: lush fruitiness of the currant paired with the fresh notes of the apple in the beginning with a racy sweet / acid interplay in the middle and a long, currant-fruity, tart aftertaste
• Recommendation: as a real Swabian aperitif or with light fruit desserts made from red fruits, currant parfait

Storage & storage life:
 

• minimum durability 1 year or more
• keep dark and cool

80% apple cider, black currant juice and carbonated RZ approx. 35g, alc. 5% vol, contains sulphites
